Returns

1. We offer a return for a full refund using our free carriage paid returns service within 30 days of purchase. To ensure your return is processed quickly please follow the instructions on our web site or in the documentation delivered with your order.

2. In the unlikely event that your product should fail:

a. within 6 months from purchase we ask you return to the defective unit using our free carriage paid service and at our discretion we will either repair or replace the unit. In some cases we may be unable to offer an exact like for like replacement, and we reserve the right to offer a similar model as a replacement. b. after 6 months from purchase within our manufacturer’s extended guarantee period (this guarantee period varies by item and is shown in the item description, and in the warranty leaflet accompanying your product) then you will need to return the unit to us at your cost and at our discretion we will either repair or replace the unit.
