Shipping Options

We work hard to get your online orders out to you as quickly as possible. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.

HoMedics ships using Post or Courier services depending on weight and size of your item. This service is to the “standard shipping” option offered in the Checkout process. We calculate your shipping rates based on the weight and size of your purchased item(s).


Shipping confirmation

Once your item(s) is(are) shipped, you will receive a confirmation Email. We will let you know how many days the delivery will take. This is only an approximation and the resulting delivery date cannot be guaranteed. When your order is shipped using our courier service, you will be able to track your delivery. We will send you the link to our courier service and your tracking number.

Returning Web Orders

Returns of products purchased from this website may be made within 7 business days of goods receipt for a full refund of the cost of the product. The total of your return will be credited to the charge card that you used at the time of your purchase (minus shipping and handling).

HoMedics will cover all reasonable ground shipping fees only if the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. This is valid for 6 months after your purchase.

To avoid any additional fees, please include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Wearable items must be unworn.
