HoMedics Myspa Paraspa Plus Paraffin Bath is rated out of 5 by 31.Rated 5 out of 5 by Fish64 from Helps with Physio I bought this after using an industrialone in a physio session. My physio told me they were available online and I found this one and I thought it looked quite professional. It does get a bit hotter than the one in the hospital, but I let it cool back a bit before I use it. It helps with the movement of my finger after having an operation to have it pinned back into place. Service was great as I ordered in the afternoon and it was delivered the following day. Would definitely recommend as it has several uses both medically and beauty therapy.Date published: 2019-10-24Rated 5 out of 5 by Vikki p from A great help I have received my paraffin bath a few day's ago it seemed to be to hot to use but now I'm leaving lid of for a while and wax is cooler so able to use and I feel it will be beneficial to my rumatoid hand as recommended by the physiotherapist only used it a couple of times and it is already easing so look forward to further pain reliefDate published: 2019-03-26Rated 5 out of 5 by Fridawoof from Great value I’m a massage therapist and bought this for my own personal use to treat my hands which get very dry after working, especially my finger tips which easily crack. I am amazed that after just two treatments my hands have stayed really soft, despite working, and the cracks in my fingertips are almost gone. This bath is fantastic value for money and a good size for personal use. Haven’t tried putting my feet in yet but am looking forward to trying!Date published: 2019-03-23Rated 5 out of 5 by Margt from Just love mine Bought my hand bath from HoMedics a few years ago and have just purchased another for my daughter. She found it easy to use and is knitting again!!Date published: 2019-02-07Rated 5 out of 5 by Carol 1 from Excellent thoughtful Christmas present. My granddaughter gave me the wax bath for Christmas I thoroughly recommend it, using the bath eases the joint pain I have in my hands as well as leaving my skin silky softDate published: 2019-02-06Rated 5 out of 5 by fmdave from No more hot pan & Paint brush!!! I have used paraffin wax for rugby injuries on & off for some time, the method I used was heating the wax in a pan on the hob then painting the wax on the injured body part, the paraffin wax helped immensely by relieving the pain in the joint's. My rugby day's are now over & walking the dog is more my pace of life, I still get the odd aches & pains as you do when age catches up with you, so I decided to purchase a paraffin wax heater mainly for my feet, being a size 10 the inner measurements were the deciding factor, my feet just fit in but if you're a larger size you can dip the toe then the heel. After some research the (Homedics Myspa) wax heater offered everything I needed at a competitive price, extremely easy to use & no more hot pan & paint brush.Date published: 2019-01-25Rated 5 out of 5 by Feefee74 from Great for arthritis Bought as a gift -had been recommended for arthritis. It took a few attempts to work out the temperature, as there is no control. However, once working it out, it seems great. Easy to use. Bath is big enough for foot size (6-7). Hands are left feeling soft and mobile/moveable. Wax can be reheated to reuse. It’s been a successful gift.Date published: 2019-01-10

What size of men’s feet does this product accommodate Dear Deel, This Paraffin Bath has been tested and is suitable for foot sizes up to 11. Kind regards, Team HomedicsDate published: 2019-10-30
Why is it necessary to remove the grate every time I switch off the device? You state elsewhere that the unit is designed to leave running 24/7, which suggests that it’s ok to leave the grate in all the time. Dear Eliza, We recommend to place the grate into the unit when the paraffin wax is melted but should you not wish to remove it every time you switch off the paraffin bath, it is not strictly required. Kind regards, Team HomedicsDate published: 2019-10-17

When used what is the best way of removing the grate Dear Path, The easiest way to do it is to allow the wax to solidify, then switch the unit on. Within around 5 - 10 minutes the max at the bottom should have melted enough enabling you to push down on the edge and remove the block of wax. If you then allow the unit to cool again you should thenbe able to remove the grid. Kind Regards, HoMedics Customer ServicesDate published: 2019-02-02
