When regular exercise becomes a challenge because of age, illness, reduced mobility or disability, the HoMedics Leg Exerciser provides an easy way to keep joints mobile by providing regular gentle exercise from the comfort of your own chair. Designed in consultation with Occupational Therapists the Leg Exerciser moves your feet and legs for you, simulating walking without the impact and reducing stress on your joints.
Three progressive distance settings allow you to select the level that is right for you. We recommend that you always seek the advice of your GP or other medical professional before embarking on any new exercise program. Please read the instructions before first use and always build up any new exercise routine gradually, starting with a few minutes on level 1 and building up each day.
Three Distance Settings
While the machine moves your feet and legs for you, circulation is stimulated and swelling, and discomfort can be reduced without undue stress on your joints. Three progressive distance settings allow you to select the level that is right for you and to progress gradually as mobility improves; gently getting you back to enjoying the things you love. - Customer Reviews

HoMedics Leg Exerciser is rated out of 5 by 10.Rated 5 out of 5 by budgie from great machine it helps me with my cvd keeps the blood flowing, now its good for not getting out because of this virusDate published: 2020-03-19Rated 5 out of 5 by Joy L. from Leg Exerciser Purchased for an elderly person with severe mobility challenges. Easy to use with remote control unit (especially if someone else is operating the unit on behalf of the user). It has 3 speed settings - but I would have liked a couple more. However after a couple of months using it almost daily, noticed a positive difference in the circulation of the lower legs and feet. (Felt warmer to the touch). It also slightly exercises the thigh, knees and calves gently. The only slight downside is that the electrical lead could have been longer and the unit makes a buzzing noise when using it - and it bleeps unnecessarily at the start and end of each cycle - but itŠ—Ès not too distracting. Another slight downside is that the button in the centre of the unit is not well placed as the user can accidentally change to speed of the unit (or can stop/pause it) just by moving their feet to the centre panel. Overall, very happy with this product and would recommend it. The online customer service of the team at HoMedics is great. They responded very quickly to a small query about the product before it was purchased. Delivery arrived swiftly.
