Variable Intensity Control
There are two levels for you to choose from. The lowest setting is great for treating dull aches with a softer vibration. Simply push the switch again to increase the speed and sensation.If you like your massages with a little kick, you can use the soothing heat function to add warmth to the relaxing vibration technique. You can only use this function whilst the massager is in use, simply press the heat button to enjoy a steadily increasing warmth as you sink deeper into your massage experience.

Model: NMSQ-215A-GB- I bought this neck massager last week from a local store, it's lovely and relaxing as a massager but we noticed that the heat only works when the unit is plugged into the mains and switched on at the wall. Is this right?
Dear Lela10, As stated on the user manual, we would like to confirm that batteries will only operate the massage function. You must use the adaptor to activate the heat function. If you buy 4xAA rechargeable batteries, the lifespan depends on how much you use the product and the recharging time depends on the batteries, not on the product. You can however use the massager for longer but if there is any discomfort we recommend that you stop using the massager straight away.
