Quality Policy

FKA Brands Ltd develops and supplies Health, Wellness, Audio and Kitchen products for home use direct to consumers and through retail partners across the EMEA region. All products have a strong well-being, lifestyle focus and are designed to enrich users’ lives.

FKA Brands Ltd is committed to using the quality management system to underpin our strategic direction by the supply of consumer products and services that fully meet all aspects of our consumers and customers’ requirements.

The company continuously strives to improve the quality of its products and services, and this will be delivered through a system of quality management affecting all aspects of the operation within the Scope of our ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System.

The context within which FKA operates will be reviewed along with any changes to the business strategy and these will lead to the updating of the QMS, Policy and Scope, as appropriate.

The senior management team is responsible for implementing the Policy, specifically

  1. Resource and plan Policy implementation
  2. Ensure that quality Policy is easily available to all interested parties who may need access to it
  3. Monitor, measure and review performance so as to learn from experience and to ensure continued improvement
  4. Ensure that, through training, coaching and advice, all employees are competent to undertake their duties

The objectives for the Quality Management system will be established and reviewed regularly as part of a Management Review process. These are designed to meet the strategic direction of the company and maintain our effectiveness in meeting all regulatory and customer requirements.

Achievement of the Policy will be the collective responsibility of all employees of the company.
