Credit Card Payments

HoMedics Group Limited are able to take credit and debit card payments from their business customers. Any customer wishing to pay by this method should contact their usual HoMedics contact and we would draw their attention to the terms and conditions of sale on the invoice they will have received that covers our delivery and refunds policies. We do not store credit or debit card details nor do we share customer details with third parties.

For business customers invoiced by HoMedics Group Limited and paying by credit card we would re-iterate our delivery policy and claims policy as per our stated terms and conditions.

i. In respect of domestic sales and where Goods ordered are to the Minimum Order Value and for entire cases (no split packs). Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the agreed destination by the Company and at its cost and risk. In all other cases, delivery shall be made as agreed, but the costs of Delivery (including but not exclusive of transportation, insurance and administration costs) shall be the Buyers. The Buyer shall, as appropriated, promptly collect the Goods, arrange for their carriage, and be responsible for the safe and proper storage of the Goods from Delivery. If the Buyer is not able for any reason promptly to accept Delivery of Goods, the Company may, at its discretion and as appropriate, charge the Buyer for any delay in collection or transport or off-loading of the Goods and for their storage and insurance and present its invoice to the Buyer for payment.

ii. The Company may (without prejudice to any other rights and remedies it may have and without any liability to the Buyer) withhold Delivery of Goods if any sum owing to the Company by the Buyer on any account whatsoever is not paid on its date or if the Company otherwise becomes reasonably dissatisfied with the Buyers credit standing, until such time as arrangement for payment or credit are made which are satisfactory to the Company. In this event, the Buyer shall make satisfactory arrangements within 14 days after being required to do so by the Company: failure to make such arrangements within that time shall be regarded as an irremediable breach of the Contract.

iii. Any delivery dates notified to the Buyer by the Company are given by the Company in good faith, but are best estimates only and the Company will not be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage sustained by the Buyer as a result of the Company's failure to comply with them for whatever reason.

iv. The Company may at it's own discretion make Delivery of Goods by instalments. Each instalment shall be treated as the subject of a separate contract and the Company may invoice for each instalment separately.

i. Where a reasonable visual inspection of the Goods delivered would have revealed any alleged defect, shortage or excess the Buyer must make any claim in full writing within 3 days after Delivery of Goods.

ii. In any other case the Buyer must make a full written claim within ten days after the time at which the alleged defect is or ought reasonably to have been discovered and, in any event, within three months after delivery.

iii. Refunds will be given as deemed appropriate based on the above
