Our refurbished and box damaged products are fully functional, discounted devices that have been given a new lease of life. There are a few reasons why a product is “refurbished” or "box damaged".
· It may have worked as described when returned to us but not been re-listed due to the appearance of the packaging
· It may have suffered minor cosmetic damage during handling.
All refurbished and box damaged products have been checked, cleaned and - if necessary - repaired by technicians. This means that all refurbished and box damaged products will perform as intended and carry the same warranty as their brand new counterparts.
